The drugs we offer are manufactured and shipped from India. It’s a long way from where the delivery takes time. Usually, shipments are delivered within 10-17 days, but in some cases, it can be up to 5 days longer.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we accept cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact our customer service by phone or e-mail ( contact us ) and let us know your decision. In case you contact us after 24 hours, the cancellation can not be processed.
Make sure that you insert a valid address in the order form, we recommend that you check your details twice before submitting your order. Any error may cause non-delivery of the product. If you notice that the specified address has errors, contact us as soon as possible to inform us.
Refund policy
The drugs we offer are the generic equivalent of known brand products. We guarantee that they have the same chemical composition and produce the same effects.
In case you are not satisfied with the effect that the drugs produce, please contact us to inform us. We will provide you the return address and as the product will be received by our return service, we will begin the refund procedure.
Before contacting us, please make sure to respect the dosage of the products and follow the directions for use. Keep in mind that if you take the tablet after taking fatty foods and alcohol the effects may be slowed down.
In case of non-delivery of the product on time (the standard delivery of the mail takes 10-21 days, the express mail takes 7-10 days, there may be an additional 10 days for various reasons, such as, but not limited to, extended customs inspections, postal disruption during Christmas and New Year, natural disasters and other major events) you can contact our support team or ask for a refund. Your payment will be fully refunded on your credit card. The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this time period, the refund will be reflected on your credit card statement.
Due to the specific nature of the products we offer we do not accept returns. Nobody can guarantee that the storage conditions are respected during the transport of the order so we can not accept them even if the package has not been opened.
